I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the sea that made the upgrade completely worth it. The service was excellent, always helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic, offering a peaceful atmosphere with great pools and sunbeds. The dining options were delightful, with a variety of choices and a lovely setting. Overall, a wonderful experience with some minor considerations.
The hotel is up on a hill location, with rooms feeling a bit tired but offering all necessary amenities. The service is extremely friendly and efficient, though communication about views could be clearer. The location is not the most convenient for exploring other places, and it's a trek uphill from town. Dining is superb but slightly overpriced, and facilities are good overall.
Upon arrival, we were disappointed with the initial room overlooking Palma, but the staff promptly addressed our concerns and moved us to a much nicer room with a spacious layout, fab bathroom, and lovely balcony view. The service was a mix of friendly and slightly inconsistent. The location offers fantastic amenities with large pools but may require transport for some activities, lacking a bit in the guest experience focus. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a diverse range of fresh foods. Overall, a decent hotel with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room had a spectacular view over Palma bay just opposite the Cathedral and was quite comfortable. However, it wasn't made up until late in the afternoon, usually between 3.00-4.00 p.m. The service was exceptional, with extremely courteous and helpful staff who even sang happy birthday to me. The location was slightly far from the center of Palma but made up for it with a peaceful atmosphere and wonderful amenities like the garden, outside pool, and great terraces. The dining experience was fabulous with a wide selection to choose from. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
